- 1 Teaspoon Demerara Sugar
- 50ml Buffalo Trace
- Sprig of mint
- Crushed ice
Add Mint, Sugar, Buffalo Trace and Volare Simple Syrup into the Julep Tin and muddle together. Fill with crushed ice, garnish with some fresh mint and serve.
Add 15mls of Branca Menta or a few drops of bitters for added depth of flavour.
