Whiskey Sour

Ingredients:

  • 50ml PADDY Irish Whiskey
  • 25ml Sugar Syrup
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 25ml Egg Whites

Method:

Add the PADDY Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice. Then add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a glass and garnish with 3 or 4 drops of bitters.

Recommended Glassware:

Coupe or Rocks Glass

Top Tip:

5ml of  Volare Banana Liqueur really compliments this!
