Created using a process called “bonification” after distillation, which involves lightly infusing it with hand-picked Shetland botanicals.
The botanicals include Meadow Sweet, Sea Pink, Angelica and Marsh Marigold. This method adds complexity and creates an exceptionally smooth and rounded taste.

A soft, creamy and rounded taste, crisp, clean aromas with hints of pepper. It has a very slight sweetness some fragrant spices, a little oak and hints of nutmeg.
